Asia: Increasing consumer sales at POS by over 50%

To drive sales and brand awareness our customer deployed Nexo Touch to reach consumers at the retail point of sale. Using an instant offer, they increased uptake of their product by 50% and took market share from their competitors.

The retail drinks market is highly competitive and our customer wanted a way to differentiate at the point of sale to increase sales and reach target customers via their smartphones. As well as delivering consumers an offer of purchasing a drink in the retail store there and then, Nexo simultaneously gave the consumer a discount on a bulk order of the product direct to their door through a third party.

Combined with Nexo Touch campaign management tools, the customer could see that on average 42% of visitors to the fridges were unique, and of these unique visitors, an average of 54% redeemed the offer. Combining Nexo Touch with Nexo Truth, we were able to see the before and after sales performance in each retail store. The breadth of the Nexo services demonstrated how an end-to-end solution can help to build brand awareness, consumer engagement in store and increase sales.
